Gucci Look 1 from Cruise Line

What is your plan about Christmas holidays? It is suggested to enjoy your winter vacation in the Southern hemisphere for a hot and special Christmas Eve. Isn’t it a good idea? If you agree, next step you should prepare whole hog summer outfits in perfect matching to help you create that impressed memory. What about this Designer bags model look? After browsing so many either sexy or elegant dressing, I pick this sporty and casual, even a bit neutral Gucci ensemble finally. Its easy style is much versatile for traveling and whole entirety ingeniously interprets sumptuous lifestyle of socialite in toned-down way. Tank top with twist detail on the back flawlessly goes with shorts in Gucci plaque detail. Belt with engraved Gucci trademark and push lock buckle adds more exquisiteness to this gray shade arraying. Long sleeve caban jacket is considerate to prepare for sudden cooling. Last but not least, are Clemence high heel open-toe platform sandals. This pair is an accent to deliver full femininity from this chic matching. As for G wave medium shoulder bag, I have to say it is more arresting to catch this elegant tote which finely echoes the total gray palette. Real Housewives of Atlanta: “If that moose walked in this building, you can just forget it.” Ya know, when Nene originally posed the idea of going to Athens on Real Housewives of Atlanta, I naturally assumed that the editors would take the “Athens is the ghetto” editing angle since, well, that seemed natural, considering Nene. Surprise, surprise! They got all creative on us and took the “Athens is the woods! Look at the trailer park!” angle. In reality, Athens is a college town chock full of upper-middle-class twenty-somethings from the Atlanta suburbs and the bars they love, but I guess that didn’t work as a story arc for the producers at Bravo, so they took footage of some trailers next to the highway outside of town and pretended like that was the hardscrabble beginning from which Nene was able to pull herself up by starring in a reality TV show. Nice try on making Nene’s upbringing more interesting, producers! But you can’t fool someone that actually lives there. I’m on to you. And for all of those that were hoping for the “Nene is from the ghetto” angle, don’t worry, we got that later! And, really, that apartment complex WAS in the ghetto. And we also got a super morbid and sad engagement party, wig shenanigans, a peek at She by Sheree and a meeting with Nene’s real father.

Spirit of Structuralism-Gucci Large Hobo Bag for 85th Anniversary

Frida Giannini, the creative director of Gucci, designed a series of women’s limited handbags for gucci 85th anniversary, which reflects well the double nature of Gucci handbags leading sexy modern while pursuing fine craftsmanship. Based on Gucci’s classic handbags like gucci hobo bag and bostn bag, the new series features decorative Designer bags oversized horse bits and some of the colors and materials are invented especially for the celebration. To illustrate the spirit of Gucci, redefined horse bits are attached to the inside of each bag, and a Gucci 85th anniversary bronze enameled plaque can be seen on the bag. A funky, modern design from Gucci to beautifully commemorate the 85th anniversary. Burgundy leather straps frame the red, burgundy, green and ivory velvet background, connected by elegant goldtone horsebits. A plaque accents the back. The magnetic top opens to a chocolate brown lining, zip pocket and key fob. Dimensions: 17″L x 2″W x 13″H; 8″ drop handle. Except the precious leather material, it also consist iconic Tartan Web fabric printing velvet and The Bridle rein printing velvet which shows a modern yet conventional Gucci image inspired from equestrianism, While the multicolor patchwork snake splicing is both luxury and sexy to match your clothes easily. Fashion Week Spring 2010: Dolce & Gabbana Handbags Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2010 was goth, glam and very Victorian, but you wouldn’t know it from looking at the bags. They lacked some of the personality and style of the clothes with which they were designed, but they were sort of interesting in their own right. Whatever way you slice it, however, knit and macrame do not say glam, goth, or Victorian. The highlights for me were the variations on the successful Miss Sicily satchel shape and anything containing red leopard print (I know, I know, my “taste level” is not so awesome sometimes). Lowlights? Knit, knit, and more knit. Much like the clear vinyl totes that Prada showed earlier in the week, I can’t imagine that these are going to have much of an audience among handbag aficionados, but perhaps I’m wrong. Would you pay four figures for them?

Gucci Rush Perfume

I recently was given a bottle of Gucci Rush as a gift. I put it on prior to leaving for work one morning, it had a very pleasant, soft, sweet, scent. I received compliment’s all day long! The perfume actually stay’s with you all day, unlike alot of perfumes, that are real strong when you spray them on, and then dissappear half way through the day. This perfume really get’s attention. Gucci Rush is very reasonably priced, especially, since you Designer bags only have to use a little, and it lasts so long. When I came home from work, I walked past my son, and he even said “what smells so good?” I couldn’t believe it lasted all day long! If your looking for a quality perfume, with a real nice, noticable scent, you should definantly give Gucci Rush a try, I’m glad I did, It has become one of my favorites. I’m sure you will be impressed, I’m actually very picky when it come’s to perfume, and Gucci Rush has definantly won my approval, see if it win’s your’s! This perfume can be purchased in most upscale department store’s. It’s really easy to find. Just ask for Gucci Rush. Fashion Week Spring 2010: Herve Leger by Max Azria Everyone else on the planet wants to sell me a pair of jeans or something else made out of the fabric, and I’m not that big of a jeans person in the first place. I was a little disappointed to see a brand known for sexy cocktail dresses present a patchwork denim jacket for Spring 2010 – what’s the point? Isn’t that a little bit like Valentino making a pair of sweatpants? Does it really have anything to do with the brand’s image? And it’s unfortunate that when I think back to the show, those are the outfits that stand out in my mind, because there were actually some rather interesting things going on (well, as interesting as Leger and its creative director, Max Azria, get). We saw a lot more pattern this year than I can recall seeing from the brand in recent memory, and the sex appeal that they’re known for was at once amplified in shredded bandage dressed and toned down in more demure, less body-conscious silhouettes. My favorites were the dresses that simultaneously hugged the models’ forms and floated away from the body, creating an interesting juxtaposition of the brand’s iconic imagery and the dessert scenes that inspired this particular set of clothing. If Azria had stuck with those ideas, he would have had me the entire way. Instead, he interspersed it occasionally with nonsensical patchwork denim, and those pieces couldn’t have turned me off more. I’m trying to focus on the positive, of which there definitely was some, but I hate it when a bad apple threatens to spoil the bunch.

Sandra Bullock Shines with Bottega Veneta

As I see it, the violet color matures as time passes by. It is more suitable for sophisticated glamour women than for young girl. When the best attress Sandra Bullock appears in the vibrant Orchid Chiffon Evening Gown fron Bottega Venteta, she actually kindled the red carpet at the 2010 Golden Globes Award Show. I call it bravo. She has definitely made Designer bags herself look stunning and younger than her age, and the shade also whitened her skin more. To finish the ensemble, she also opted to carry the iconic Bottega Veneta Knot Clutch in purple, which obviously complemented her entire gown. The clutch is made from leather, so it really doesn’t blend with the vibrancy of her gown, but you know it managed to bring a different finish. Sandra Bullock doesn’t only look happy with her ensemble, because we’re sure that she’s even happier since she has won the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture for her lead role in the film The Blind Side and she is also nominated for her role in The Proposal. Versace Socialite Satchel One company that appears to be paying absolutely no attention to fall trends is Versace. And why would we expect them to? They pay no attention to good taste or reasonable pricing standards, so this is about par for the course. Objectively, the Versace Socialite Satchel is not a terrible Bag. It’s perfectly fine. But it is completely tone deaf when compared to what else is going on in fashion right now. And, as always, the price is astronomical.

Burberry Nova Heart Tote Bag

We are getting into the cozy winter holiday. If you want to convey your love to your girlfriend or daughter or close female friends during this period, then nothing is more suitable than this Burberry Nova Heart Tote Bag. Actually I am self do not like the kind of bold heart pattern in dark red, but I would vote for this pink cute heart one. This Burberry bag is priced at $695, which is much cheaper compared with the LV and Gucci handbags. This leather and PVC handbag measures 13.5”x 12”x 6.5” from strap to bag, which is a Designer bags rather modest capacity for tote. This Italy made coated canvas tote bag in Nova check pattern is printed with finely striped hearts and features patent leather trim detailing. The bag is very functional. It has interior zip pocket and three interior patch pockets in sateen twill ling. This Burberry bag is carried via two flat leather handles with square buckle attachments. It has an open top with a magnetic button closure and four feet on the base. How do you like this bag? I am self can not wait to buy one. Bottega Veneta San Marco Bag We hope you all enjoyed our exclusive Bottega Veneta day on Tuesday! It was the first exclusive day at Purse Blog and we were so thrilled to have collaborated closely with Bottega Veneta. My reviews of the bags were not altered just because we had the chance to review them, I truly loved every bag. There is an appreciation factor that goes along with Bottega Veneta. The craftsmanship and natural beauty is completely alluring. One of my favorite bags from the Fall/Winter 2009 line that we did not have in person to review is the Bottega Veneta San Marco Bag. Net A Porter has it in taupe right now though it is also available in Lilac. This bag consists of individual strips of leather which are bonded to Karung (snake) and twisted to create the desired effect. It takes 30 meters of these bonded strips to create each bag. All the edges and seams are hidden so that the bottom of the bag looks as beautiful as the top. The San Marco bag takes ample time to create as the process of twisting the strips needs to be done very carefully to achieve the exact desired position. While the price is high, it is indeed worth every penny.

Alexander Wang Diego Suede Studded Bucket Bag

I bet just the name of bucket bag will fascinate most fashionistas. This bag is hip recent years for it ingeniously interprets easy luxury that is followed by more and more celebrities. While this bucket bag is not trendy, but also intrigued for Ms. Wang distinguished design. Have you seen the big Designer bags silver-tone studs, which were boasted in Balenciaga Saddle Bag? Now Ms. Wang utilized them into this camel suede bucket bag at top and on base. I have to say, these dumpy studs add more glamour and fashion into this breezy stunner. Featuring a ruched opening, it goes with an adjustable wrinkled leather shoulder strap and a wrinkled leather exposed internal pouch with a buckle-fastening strap. Inside of this Alexander Wang bag, an internal pouch and zipped pocket provides functional storage for wallets, phones, and small accessories. As for its size, it is huge of 8 inches in width, 13 inches in height, and 8 inches in depth to accommodate a laptop and even more in versatile using. Alexander Wang bag brings a hard hit of high fashion to this camel suede bag splurging for £760. It is much marvelous to match with an Alexander Wang playsuit and shoes. Man On The Moon Today marks the 40th anniversary of Man’s greatest achievement. Over 400,000 years of generations of men and women gazed to the sky, wondering if it was going to be possible to once reach the unreachable. All these combined visions, unbound imagination and unprecedented engineering led to the ultimate achievement on July 20th, 1969, when NASA astronauts Commander Neil Armstrong and Lunar Module Pilot Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin Jr. stepped foot on the moon. I am way too young to tell you how people felt that day, watching the moon landing being transmitted on their tellies around the world. Ask your parents or grandparents and they will be able to tell you exactly where they were and who they were with, as they witnessed epic history being made. I believe there is no other achievement in human history that taught us that we are only limited by the limitations we impose on ourselves. Imagination is everything.

Burberry Check Embossed Metallic Leather Handbags

As the British modern fashion icon,Burberry never stays on the comfort zone and indulges in the glory of classic and tradition. this Burberry’s Check Embossed Metallic Leather Handbag is a great example. Actually, it still inherits the classic checked print but renovates in a Designer bags contemporary approach. The metallic leather presents a mirror effect which almost hides the print and makes the bag more impressive and glamorous. Although warm color accessories are more suitable for cold winter but the handbag will still stand you out with ensembles in heavy color. The Burberry Handbag is also functional with large space where you can put all your daily essentials even a sweater. The double handles on the top are convenient to carry or shoulder and the hardware makes it more durable on the connecting points. Burberry Purses are always marked on a hefty price tag. This one is no exception. It is retailed at $1,195 which I believe is ridiculously overpriced, but when I stumble upon a new Gucci Handbags, it immediately turns to be a reasonable investment, at least it looks good. The Art of Origami Inspired Handbags The art of Japanese paper folding takes on a new dimension as a fine detail on origami inspired handbags. Leather is pushed to the limit as it is folded, stitched and glued into intricate folds. I am fascinated with this trend as I continue to discover more and more handbags with various levels of origami detailing. Above are some of the standout origami handbags spotted recently. Some with more obvious origami details than others. On the more subtle end of the spectrum I came across the delicate cut and folded corners of the Ferragamo single frame satchel and Nancy Gonzalez tote. The tiny folded and stitched corners add a new dimension and interest upon the already texture laden skins. I love the various tones of cocoa leather/skin. These little cut out shapes and patterns will only continue to look better with age.

Vividness and Splendidness Meet in Beijo Handbags

Beijo is a fashion brand established in Florida in 2001 by Susan Handley. Its name which was originated from her son’s second word, Beijo, means “Kiss” in Portuguese. Due to the budget limits, Susan Handley had to propagandize and start her business in the way of single mother at-home parties. Therefore, today’s success of Beijo is the achievement of word of mouth and at-home parties. Susan Handley once said, “Success is being able to balance your life and be passionate about what you do.” So at the beginning of her business, she had enough money to launch a marketing campaign or advertisement. Handley spared no pains to go door-to-door visiting boutiques in Florida hometown and holding at-home parities among friends and neighbors to publicize her handbags. Of course, constant Designer Belts effort yields sure success. After several years’ efforts, Beijo handbags have formed quite a buzz all around Europe and the East Coast of the United States. Featuring unique design and gorgeous colors, Beijo handbags are advanced, well-shaped and stylish in more than twenty colors, ranging over jewel stone hues to earthy pastels and innovative metallic shades. Now Beijo has expanded to baby bags and clutches. Besides, Beijo is also one of the most charitable brands and dedicated to social welfare. Every year a great part of its profits are donated to the projects beneficial to the health, development and education of children and women. Emilio Pucci Satin Evening Mindanao Print Bag What a blast from the past. I haven’t seen anyone carrying a Pucci bag in forever! But this Emilio Pucci Satin Evening Mindanao Print Bag will certainly remind you that yes, Pucci is still here, and still making bags (among other things) that are cute and functional. Who would ever think that an evening bag could be functional? I mean, evening bags are practically made to only carry lip gloss, a credit card, and if you’re lucky, a tiny cell phone. Clearly, this bag is still pretty small, but what makes it functional is the built-in mirror that has its own tiny compartment at the base of the bag. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never seen something like this, especially in an evening bag, and I consider it pretty innovative. The sepearate compartment also gives the bag an interesting shape, as if it’s one of those beach sacks, but much smaller and much fancier. And of course, the bag is in the traditional Pucci print; it’s pretty cool to know that the pattern on your bag is one that has been around for centuries.

Marc Jacobs Classic Orange Stam

This Marc Jacobs Classic Orange Stam will give your look a instant shot of color. Actually its original version was very well welcomed among fashion fans, thus to embrace a merry spring summer, Marc Jacobs had redesigned this bag in bright orange color. You’ll never go wrong in having this as a seasonal investment piece for $1,450 since aside from the Designer bags classic yet playful look; this could also give you the function you need to go on your day. Although the coloring is enough to make it a stunner, it is still crafted in snake-embossed leather, which then gives it an edge. It also has marigold trimming all throughout, which goes well with the dominant orange shade and makes this bag even more interesting. It could be opened through the kiss lock closure on top and would show a very spacious interior sized at about 11 x 15 x 15.5 inches, enough to have it filled with your stylish needs. There’s also an additional zipped pocket on the front for storage. The top handles with ring attachment and the chain shoulder strap with panelling also makes this versatile. Christian Louboutin Marianna Hobo I really wish that I liked Christian Louboutin bags. I really WANT to like them. I like the brand’s shoes quite a bit, probably more so than any other well-known brand. But more often than not, whenever I see one of their bags, my gut reaction is decidedly “meh.” And that’s exactly what I think about the Christian Louboutin Marianna Hobo. The bag isn’t BAD, per se, unless you count blandness among the cardinal design sins. It’s just boring, and I’d almost rather see an ugly bag with a lot of personality than a middling bag with very little. This bag does have one positive design aspect, however – the handle. Instead of being a single chain that must support the weight of an entire shoulder bag, Louboutin attached multiple chains side-by-side to retain the industrial look without making the bag painful to carry. It’s a great solution to the irritation of a single chain strap digging into your shoulder under the weight of a full bag, but it doesn’t sacrifice fashion in order to gain function. Now if only I could say such nice things about the rest of the purse.

Miu Miu Patent Bugatti Shoulder Bag

Miu Miu Patent Bugatti Shoulder Bag is another bag combined with polished white leather with gold metallic pieces. I love this design. The elegant white, luxury gold create a simple yet fabulous handbag. This bag is made of white Louis Vuitton Handbags crinkled patent leather, designed with golden studs all over. The shape is also classic and would definitely create a lot of room for your valuables. It has a zipped pocket at the front and is accented with padlock logo charm of white and gold for additional design. There are also golden buckles on each side, while the two top handles also have golden ring attachments for a touch of luxe as you take it anywhere. It also has a long detachable shoulder strap for carrying options. The bag can be opened through press studs and has a fully lined interior with zipped pocket on the inside. Up Close with Jimmy Choo I promised you a better look at the Jimmy Choo Martha Clutch that we covered earlier this week. After I reviewed the bag I realized that the picture on NAP had the middle of the bag zipped up, which does nothing great for the look of this particular clutch. All of the Jimmy Choo Zip bags look better unzipped. This is a fact; every single zip bag from Choo looks 10 times better unzipped. My only gripe with this clutch is that it is flimsy. I like a hearty handbag that keeps its shape. If you don’t mind a lack of structure and you love animal print, then this clutch will be perfect for you. Again, I am not hating on it, I am just wishing for more structure on an otherwise stunning clutch. At least it will pack well for trips.
